就地檢查確認(rèn)____給水泵具備啟動條件,。Check ___ feed water pump 2 is ready to start up.

3 將____備用給水泵備用解除,。relieve ____ feed water pump standby。

將____備用給水泵勺管控制切至手動位置,。Turn spoon control of 4 ___ feed water pump to manual.

將____備用給水泵勺管開度在最小位置,。Minim the openness of ___ 5 feed water pump spoon.

檢查____備用給水泵再循環(huán)門確已開啟。Check recycling valve of 6 ___ feed water pump is actually open.

檢查___備用給水泵輔助油泵運行,，就地潤滑油壓正常____MPa,，確認(rèn)

7 就地值班員站在事故按鈕旁后啟動____備用給水泵給水泵運行,，檢查

就地值班員檢查就地正常，緩慢提升勺管控制轉(zhuǎn)速1000rmp左右,，檢

查就地潤滑油壓?0.22MPa時,延時120秒,， 剛剛啟動的____給水泵

8 輔助油泵聯(lián)鎖停運，否則手動停運,。Check lubrication oil pressure

0.22 Mpa, auxiliary oil pump anto stop, otherwise stop it

manually.

全面檢查剛剛啟動的____給水泵應(yīng)無異常,。Fully check no abnormal 9 of ___ feed water pump.

10 繼續(xù)手動調(diào)整剛剛啟動的____給水泵勺管開度,緩慢均勻提升____給

水泵轉(zhuǎn)速至并列轉(zhuǎn)速，注意汽包水位,，給水泵組各軸承溫度,、高加水

位等均正常。提升轉(zhuǎn)速中注意核對就地與DCS的勺管開度,、流量,、壓

力緩慢上升。Adjust spoon openness of ___ feed water pump, slowly

and stably increase speed to parallel speed;, pay attention to

adjust drum water level, bearing temperature of feed water pump

and HP heater water level are all normal.

11 解除運行給水泵勺管自動,，給水控制轉(zhuǎn)手動,，采用一臺泵升速，另一

臺泵降速,，維持總給水流量的方法進行倒換給水泵負(fù)荷,，注意汽包水

位變化，維持總給水流量與主蒸汽流量匹配,。

Discharge spoon “Auto” control and set to “Manual”, using

method of one pump increasing speed while the other decreasing

speed and maintain total flow to switch pumps’ load.

12 原運行泵流量降低到150T/H,，檢查確認(rèn)原運行泵再循環(huán)門自動打開，

否則解除再循環(huán)聯(lián)鎖手動及時開啟,，原運行泵再循環(huán)運行方式運行,。

Check and confirm the shutting down pump recycling valve open

automatically.

13 當(dāng)____給水泵完全接帶負(fù)荷后，緩慢關(guān)閉啟動給水泵出口再循環(huán)門并

投入再循環(huán)門聯(lián)鎖;全面檢查啟動給水泵運行正常,，投入勺管自動,，

觀察自動跟蹤良好。After ___ feed water pump take over the load,

slowly close recycling valve of the starting up feed water pump.

Fully check no abnormal of the starting up feed water pump,，

spoon control switch to “auto” .

14 將原運行____給水泵的勺管開度緩慢降至最小位置,太低對泵不好,。

Slowly close the spoon openness of ___ feed water pump to

minimum.

15 原運行給水泵再循環(huán)運行方式陪轉(zhuǎn)30分鐘，全面檢查兩臺給水泵無

異常,。After the original pump running with___ feed water pump

30 minute,，Fully check 2 pumps work properly.

16 啟動原運行____給水泵的輔助油泵，檢查油壓正常,。Start up

auxiliary oil pump of ____ feed water pump.

17 停運原運行____給水泵,。Stop ___ feed water pump.

18 原運行給水泵停運后，投入聯(lián)鎖備用,、檢查再循環(huán)門在開啟100%位置,、

開啟出水電動門,;勺管控制投入自動并自動跟蹤到運行泵的開度;

After stop ___ feed water pump, put interlock on, check

recycling valve is at open position, open water outlet valve;

spoon control on “auto” .

19 操作完畢,，匯報控長，做好記錄,。Finish operation, report to shift

supervisor and make record.
