As a matter of fact, the phenomena is that some universities permitted their students choosing teachers and now the issue is coming about. Is it reasonable enough or on the country?

Firstly, every coin has two sides, liking choosing teachers can arouse students’ interest and enthusiastic in study to the largest extent. Such phenomena as being absent from classes or paying no attention to the chasses may vanish.

For another, the teachers’ feeling sometimes may be hunt. You see some teachers can b warmly welcomed so the number of students can be greatly large which other courses only have few paticipents.

With all these positive or negative effects we can draw a conclusion that what we can do is to make sure that the positive ones are encourage and the negative ones are eliminated as far as possible.
