They are all gone

And our poor

Miniver mourned
the ripe renown米尼弗古人聲望顯隆,,
That made so many
a name so fragrant,;使那么多名字百世遺芳,
He mourned Romance

Miniver loved the

Miniver cursed the

And eyed a khaki
suit with loathing,;瞅著軍裝他心里難受
He missed the medi,?val grace他向往中世紀(jì)的鐵衣甲胄,
Of iron clothing. 多瀟灑風(fēng)流,。
Miniver scorned
the gold he sought米尼弗瞧不起他追求的金子,,
But sore annoyed
was he without it;沒(méi)金子又叫他耿耿于懷,,
Miniver thought,and thought and thought,,米尼弗冥思苦想,,苦想冥思,
And thought about
it. 成天想不開(kāi),。
Miniver Cheevy,,born too late,米尼弗.契維生不逢時(shí),,
Scratched his head
and kept on thinking,;整日價(jià)搔腦袋想個(gè)不休。
Miniver coughed,,and called it fate,, 他咳嗽,卻自認(rèn)命該如此,,
And kept on drinking只好借酒澆愁,。
