復(fù)興中路1192號(hào)一家移動(dòng)肖像館 如果不是這次土地征收，住在周邊的市民恐怕都不知道這一圈地方居然叫“張家弄”,，因?yàn)樵瓉?lái)這里都是一條條有弄堂名稱的上海老弄堂,。比如：復(fù)興中路1196弄叫“淞云別墅”,、復(fù)興中路1218弄叫“小桃園衖”,、復(fù)興中路1232弄叫“穎邨”、復(fù)興中路1248弄叫“辣斐新邨”,，而我們通常從南昌路603弄到復(fù)興中路1252弄穿過(guò)的這條弄堂,；復(fù)興中路1252弄才叫“張家弄”。其實(shí)哪怕就是畫進(jìn)該地塊的襄陽(yáng)南路161弄也有自己的弄堂名,，它叫“龍德邨”,，所以它們?cè)瓉?lái)都是有名有姓的弄堂，而且都是有相當(dāng)文化色彩的弄堂名,，現(xiàn)在一下子變成張家弄地塊了,。

南昌路615弄龍邨兩側(cè)附近原來(lái)的店面已經(jīng)封門了 
復(fù)興中路1232弄舊稱“穎邨”，弄堂沿街建筑用泰山磚裝飾,，特征明顯,，里面是典型的上海新式里弄建筑。 
復(fù)興中路1248弄舊稱“辣斐新邨”,，是以復(fù)興中路舊稱命名,，典型的新式里弄建筑，弧形陽(yáng)臺(tái)讓人印象深刻,。
現(xiàn)在的評(píng)估單價(jià)不一定高,，但是后期的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)層層遞進(jìn)，仔細(xì)看可以發(fā)現(xiàn)對(duì)于原來(lái)房型小,，居住困難的有極大的好處,，而原來(lái)居住并不困難的就會(huì)心理不平衡。網(wǎng)上所傳每平米補(bǔ)償單價(jià)可以到15萬(wàn)-20萬(wàn)，應(yīng)該就是從那些小房型有兜底數(shù)的算起,，并不能代表所有居住戶,。

從1947年的老地圖上可以看到這里原來(lái)是一個(gè)典型的上海社區(qū),，居住空間密集、百業(yè)興旺,，就是土地征收前也是生活十分便利的區(qū)域,。
不少熱心市民還會(huì)惦記著那個(gè)上海大戲院，在我這一代人印象中它就是上海電影院,，后來(lái)說(shuō)是電影院生意不好,，就被關(guān)了，前些年又特意修復(fù)了一次,，名字改回原來(lái)民國(guó)時(shí)期的上海大戲院,，實(shí)際上卻沒(méi)有開(kāi)放過(guò)，門口還有文物保護(hù)的銘牌,，那么它的前途會(huì)怎樣,？
說(shuō)起來(lái)蠻有意思，因?yàn)樵谶@個(gè)周邊曾經(jīng)有過(guò)很多老電影院,，比如淮海電影院,、嵩山電影院、長(zhǎng)城電影院，還有稍遠(yuǎn)一點(diǎn)的衡山電影院,，現(xiàn)在不是消失了就是暫時(shí)歇業(yè),，而一邊電影從業(yè)者都在感嘆大熒幕太少，很多電影拍出來(lái)都沒(méi)機(jī)會(huì)上映,，而夜新聞卻不斷說(shuō)某某時(shí)段票房收入如何如何,，我們真不知道該相信誰(shuí)？

In the real estate market of Shanghai, once an area is designated as a specific plot, it inevitably becomes akin to a lifeless piece of meat on a chopping board. The same holds true for Zhangjianong in the Xuhui District.Prior to this land acquisition, residents living in the vicinity likely had no idea that this circle of land was to as "Zhangjianong," as the area historically featured numerous old Shik alleys, each bearing its own distinctive name. The alley we typically traverse from Nanchang Road to Fuxing Middle Road is designated as Lane 1252, which is indeed "Zhangjianong." Even the section of Xiangyang South Road that falls within this plot, Lane 161, boasts its own name, "Longde Village." Thus, each of these alleys originally had its own identity and rich cultural significance, only to now be collectively reduced to the Zhangjianong development area.

襄陽(yáng)南路161弄龍德邨 Many concerned citizens continue to reminisce about the Shanghai Grand Theatre, which, in the memories of my generation, was synonymous with cinema in Shanghai. It was later closed due to declining business, and after a restoration effort a few years ago, it was renamed back to the original "Shanghai Grand Theatre" from the Republican era. However, it has yet to reopen, with a preservation plaque displayed at its entrance. What lies ahead for this historic venue remains uncertain.
