Maybe,,畢竟,在這一行:nothing is impossible 但事實(shí)是,,根據(jù)公開的信息,,有的船已經(jīng)開始遭受無情的毒打了。 剛剛,,江蘇局剛剛公布了2起上榜黑名單的案例 剛剛,,交通部海事局公布了3起上榜黑名單的案例 被列入黑名單的原因:12個(gè)月內(nèi)安檢被滯留兩次,AIS關(guān)閉被罰,,較大水上交通事故,,都是老編在推送——官宣:有的船東要倒閉了,,有的船要嘎了……,,列明的情況。 無論各位大佬是何方神圣,老編依然提醒各位,,加大投入,,加強(qiáng)管理,不要專挑野路子,,還是多走尋常路,,更踏實(shí)。 鑒于這種緊張而慌亂的形勢,,某大社總結(jié)了各類型船舶易出現(xiàn)的缺陷,,老編偷摸透露給大家,各位請(qǐng)謹(jǐn)慎對(duì)照使用,,或許能夠幫到大家,。 散貨船缺陷集中展示 07105 Fire protection self-closing A-Class exit door from engine room lower flatform out-of-order.(機(jī)艙底層A60防火門故障,八成是進(jìn)入逃生通道的門,,如果是逃生通道的,,屬于滯留缺陷,另外需要注意分油機(jī)間屬于一個(gè)特殊的類型區(qū)域,,理論上要A60要求,,如果設(shè)置了門,一定要關(guān)上,,還要功能完好) 07105 Accommodation interior stairway fire protection self-closing doors.(upper deck, A-deck) found out of order(生活區(qū)某門故障,,一般是被綁上了) 07110 The fire main pipe tested leakage heavily on port side of no.4 cargo hold.(4號(hào)艙附近消防水管漏泄嚴(yán)重) 07114 Remote closing isolation valve for one set of G/E fuel oil supplying line cannot be closed(發(fā)電機(jī)燃油管線隔離閥不能遙控關(guān)閉) 這個(gè)老編講了很多次,這個(gè)有些麻煩,,大家只要記住相應(yīng)的公約條款適用于2002年7月1日之后鋪設(shè)龍骨的船舶,,船舶的常見安裝方式又兩種: 一種是在每臺(tái)副機(jī)燃油供給管路上設(shè)置速閉閥,遙控操作位置遠(yuǎn)離發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),,在任何發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)失火的情況下可以進(jìn)行操作,; 另一種是在每臺(tái)副機(jī)燃油供給管路上設(shè)置截止閥,截止閥的位置遠(yuǎn)離發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),,在任何發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)失火的情況下可以進(jìn)行操作,。 這一條滯留點(diǎn)是:如果三臺(tái)輔機(jī)供油是同一個(gè)管路,這三臺(tái)分電機(jī)的供油管路要分別設(shè)一個(gè)隔離閥,,這個(gè)隔離閥的控制如果是氣控的,,三個(gè)閥的控制氣應(yīng)該是獨(dú)立的。 看下這個(gè)圖,,就明白了,。 有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的PSC會(huì)直奔發(fā)電機(jī)的供油管線,去看看這個(gè)閥是不是被固定了,,控制氣路是不是互相獨(dú)立,,下面這個(gè)圖就是隔離閥被鎖在了開的位置,。 對(duì)于這個(gè)隔離閥要距離發(fā)電機(jī)多遠(yuǎn)才算滿足失火的情況下可以關(guān)閉,在海安會(huì)通函MSC.1/Circ.1321 的3部分 第4.2條進(jìn)行了解釋:Where practicable, isolating valves should be located at least 5 m away from engines in any direction. If this is not possible, the operating position of the valves should be protected by an obstruction. 按照這個(gè)通函,,這個(gè)距離是五米,。 如果安裝距離不夠五米,一般要是改裝成手動(dòng)拉線的控制方式,,也有的是在附近提供一套防火服,。 07115 Air conditioning vent unable to be closed due to wasted seal bar.
