 the world . Traveling becomes a part of people ' s life . In my opinion , traveling is an interesting and exciting thing . The following are the reasons .

 First of all , traveling is a good way to relax ourcelves after  several 

 months ' hard study . Even though staying at home and resting is a use ful 

 way to relax , traveling removes me from everyday life and enjoy a stress - free time . When I return home , I will feel refresh and focus on my study better .

 Secondly , traveling is a benefit way to improve our social skills and make us open - minded . No matter I talk with my seat - mate on a plane or my hotel roommate , there are many chances for me to exchang è ideas between people with different background . I can get a better understanding of the people I visit , and learn their cultures and custom ,。

 What ' s more , traveling is a , truly way to  explore the beauty of the world . Only when I am actually  standing in a place , I can really enjoy its our beauty and charming scenes  But if I ' m just sitting in a chair In front of  the TV at home , I cannot feel the amazing beauty of the world . There is a saying goes seeing is believing 

 It is better to travel ten thousand miles than to read ten thousandbooks . Traveling the world and exploring new places can change our life . If you are able to be away from work or study , you should go traveling .
