背景:
Main engine 6G70 ME-C 9.2, has experienced numerous slowdowns for more than one month. All
slowdowns are due to the same reason “Illegal FIVA position”. 已經(jīng)采取過的措施:
Main LO filter
cleaned ME LO hydraulic
auto backwash filter (both Main and By-pass) cleaned. Use the Super
Fine Filter for 2 hours. CCU FIVA
replaced as follows (currently installed): CCU1:
with new complete FIVA CCU2:
with reconditioned FIVA CCU3:
with new proportional valve only CCU4: no changes CCU5:
with reconditioned FIVA. However, after departure slowdown occurred to
CCU5 (cannot be reset) and we changed the proportional valve with new.
Now CCU5 has a new proportional valve. CCU6:
with reconditioned FIVA
出問題的幾個缸的HCU Events
第二缸
第三缸 第五缸 第六缸 其他發(fā)現(xiàn): - 蓄能器壓力都正常,,主機運行時間34000+小時
- 6u HPS 自清濾器反沖空氣漏泄
- 在不發(fā)生報警的時候Manual dump HCU Events 一切正常
- 系統(tǒng)液壓油化驗表明一切正常, 符合ISO4407 16/14 要求
- 么有電磁噪音報警
暫時的疑點:
- 第四缸是原配的裝機FIVA,, 沒有出問題,, 其它缸都是翻新過的,, 然后都有問題, 會出現(xiàn)在這個上面嗎,?
