KET/PET備考突破2000詞匯第十四期來啦,，本期的主題是Health! 本系列English Vocabulary in Use將和大家分享劍橋英語官方初級(jí)詞匯的內(nèi)容，適用于A2高級(jí)段和B1初級(jí)段的小朋友們,，幫助小朋友們輕輕松松突破2000詞匯量,！ Common Problems Describing Pain 我們使用不同的詞匯描述身體上不同部位的不適感： 1. Ache Ache用來描述不那么強(qiáng)烈且持續(xù)不斷的疼痛感，通常用來描述身體具體某個(gè)部位,。 I've got a headache (頭痛). My dad suffers from backache (背痛). Bart's got stomachache (胃痛). 除此之外,，還有： earache (耳朵痛) toothache (牙痛) Ache還能用作動(dòng)詞，表示某部位遭受了一段時(shí)間的疼痛： By the end of the day my feet were aching. 2. Pain 身體上其他部位不那么強(qiáng)烈的疼痛感可以使用pain來進(jìn)行描述,。 I've got a pain in my shoulder. 3. Hurt Hurt用來描述強(qiáng)烈的,、突如其來的疼痛。 My throat hurts when I speak. I hit my leg on the table and it really hurts. 除此之外,，我們還用各種各樣的不適感和痛感： throb：抽痛,、陣痛 sting：刺痛 cramp：痙攣、絞痛 Serious Illness For serious illnesses (嚴(yán)重疾病), you will probably go into hospital (住院). A person who stays in hospital is called a patient (病人). Many patients need an operation (手術(shù)) [when special doctors, called surgeons (外科醫(yī)生), cut into the body for medical reasons; also called surgery (外科手術(shù))]. 我們身體中最容易患有重大疾病的部位有： Lung cancer (肺癌) can be caused by smoking. Heart attacks (心肌梗塞) can happen very suddenly. Hepatitis (肝炎) is a disease affecting the liver. 注意：disease和illness都指疾病,。但是disease通常指比較嚴(yán)重的,，并且涉及到身體具體某一部位的疾病,，如：heart disease心臟病。而illness更多指的是相對來說較輕微的疾病,，以及涉及到精神健康的疾病,，如：mental illness 精神病。 小試牛刀 1.
