Grade Design has created acontemporary home at 551 West 21st Street, New York, and intentionally curateda collection of modern art for Spaces that blend in with the interior Designand decor. Located on the edge of Chelsea's art district, the interior of the residence, designed by renowned Pritzker architect Sir Norman Foster, is personified by taste and architectural elements that echo the exterior.

Grade Design has partnered with SAOTA to complete a modern home in Noyack Bay, New York. The house expands public areas and provides private rest Spaces. The kitchen is the heart of the house, the swimming pool seamlessly merges into the bay and the kitchen opens to the outdoor dining area. The master bedroom suite is away from the lobby, allowing panoramic views and a terrace and garden that wraps around the roof.
