一領(lǐng)白瓷,，方可演繹出變幻萬(wàn)千的彩繪瓷器,。

邢窯，就是創(chuàng)造白瓷產(chǎn)生奇跡的地方。邢窯,，位于今河北省內(nèi)丘,、邢臺(tái)一帶，因古屬邢州而得名,。創(chuàng)燒于北朝,，成熟于隋，鼎盛于唐,，五代后衰落,。北齊，邢窯創(chuàng)造性地?zé)瞥霭状?，至隋代以輕白薄透的透影白瓷獨(dú)領(lǐng)瓷界風(fēng)騷,。唐代，邢窯仍以白瓷著稱(chēng),，與燒造青瓷的浙江慈溪越窯統(tǒng)領(lǐng)瓷器行業(yè),，形成“南青北白”的格局。

2 0世紀(jì)80年代以來(lái),，考古工作者通過(guò)艱辛地調(diào)查與發(fā)掘,，發(fā)現(xiàn)了著名邢窯窯址的分布，研究出邢窯的燒造工藝技術(shù),，解開(kāi)了邢窯歷史的千古之謎,。

青釉瓷

青瓷是中國(guó)著名傳統(tǒng)瓷器的一種，早在商周時(shí)期就出現(xiàn)了原始青瓷,，歷經(jīng)春秋戰(zhàn)國(guó)時(shí)期的發(fā)展,，到東漢有了重大突破。三國(guó)兩晉南北朝后,，南方和北方所燒青瓷開(kāi)始各具特色,。

高21厘米,、口長(zhǎng)徑5厘米

口、頸、腹、底均呈橢圓形，梯形口束頸,，扁圓形腹，實(shí)足外撇,，平底,，壺肩置一對(duì)拱形系,。褐色胎，堅(jiān)致,。通體施黃釉,，釉下施化妝土，較光亮,，施釉至足,，有明顯垂流，釉厚處呈褐棕色,。腹飾印花裝飾,，兩側(cè)圖案近似，外飾連珠紋,，內(nèi)飾葡萄靈芝紋,，中間一對(duì)舞人，一人奏樂(lè),，一人起舞,。1985年縣禮堂北窯址出土。國(guó)家一級(jí)文物,，我館鎮(zhèn)館之寶,。

此器物造型大氣， 應(yīng)為佛前插花供器,。施釉均勻,，圖案清晰。鴛鴦系,，腹部?jī)擅嬗M圖案,，周邊一圈串珠紋，內(nèi)飾葡萄靈芝等植物花卉,，中軸線自上而下各裝飾一組西亞風(fēng)格的蝴蝶結(jié)飄帶，兩側(cè)各有一位胡人吹歌曼舞,，胡人腳下兩只神獸歡騰跳躍,，西方古老神話中的歡樂(lè)景象被刻畫(huà)得惟妙惟肖。為邢窯早期青瓷代精品,。整個(gè)器物華麗典雅,，即是一件難得的古代藝術(shù)品,，又是一件研究古代東西方文化藝術(shù)融合的絕好素材。

應(yīng)為觀賞品,，或?yàn)榧漓肫?。胎灰白?jiān)實(shí)細(xì)膩，釉光晶瑩明亮玻璃質(zhì)感,。柄為雙泥條,，柄端作龍首，龍嘴緊銜壺口,，眉眼刻花清晰,，造型栩栩如生。肩的前部貼一鳳形塑飾,，昂首挺胸,，作展翅欲飛狀。此器線條流暢,，裝飾獨(dú)特,，做工精細(xì)，造型雍容華貴,，極為罕見(jiàn),，是邢窯青瓷早期的一件精品。

青釉瓷

據(jù)考古資料表明：青瓷的燒制技術(shù)大約在北朝時(shí)期傳入北方地區(qū)的。從北朝時(shí)期墓葬出土青瓷漸漸增多,，這一現(xiàn)象可證實(shí),。早期北明的青瓷器，其有別于南方地區(qū)的地域性特征,。邢窯北朝青瓷胎釉料中含鐵量較高,，胎色呈青灰色,。器形有碗、高足盤(pán),、罐,、瓶、缽,、壺等,，至隋仍沿襲北朝的燒制傳統(tǒng)。整個(gè)器物裝飾簡(jiǎn)單,，胎體厚重,，火候較高，流釉明顯,。胎色以深灰,、淺灰、灰白,、土黃,、土褐多見(jiàn)，均施化妝土,。邢窯青瓷釉色的成色也是多種多樣的,，有青釉偏黃，青釉偏綠,，內(nèi)底有三角支釘痕,，釉層有碎小的冰裂紋。邢窯燒制青瓷始于北朝,，初唐時(shí)雖有燒制,，但受白瓷的沖擊而質(zhì)量顯著下降，之后逐漸被黃釉瓷所替代,。

早期白瓷

早期白瓷的創(chuàng)燒與成熟是中國(guó)古代成熟瓷器創(chuàng)燒以來(lái)最重要的一項(xiàng)技術(shù)改革和進(jìn)步,。白瓷在北方地區(qū)改善青瓷質(zhì)量過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的，主要是通過(guò)改良胎釉質(zhì)量和在胎釉之間加施白色化妝土兩種方式,，使青瓷逐漸發(fā)展成白瓷,。邢窯白瓷創(chuàng)燒北朝后期，隋代已達(dá)到成熟,，成白瓷為我國(guó)最早燒制白瓷的窯場(chǎng),。

透影白瓷

透影白瓷是隋代邢窯的獨(dú)有創(chuàng)造,。成品胎釉渾然一體，最薄處僅有0.1厘米,，斷面呈乳脂光澤迎光透影,，有的器物上還用印花、堆花工藝裝飾,，代表了當(dāng)時(shí)瓷藝技術(shù)的最高水平,。

透影白瓷

透影白瓷是隋代邢窯一種精細(xì)瓷器,。具有半脫骨，胎質(zhì)堅(jiān)致細(xì)密,，釉色潔白瑩潤(rùn),，透影性強(qiáng)，能達(dá)到光照見(jiàn)影的程度,。1987年10月,，河北省文研所于內(nèi)丘西關(guān)北遺址試掘，在隋代地層灰坑中,，出土了200多片,，可辨器形有碗、杯,、盤(pán),、多足硯、盂,、器蓋等,。據(jù)中科院上海硅酸鹽研究所化學(xué)分析,，其胎中K20含量在5.2%~7.25%之間，釉的K20含量也達(dá)4.7%~6.1%,，推斷胎釉中均引入了一定量的鉀長(zhǎng)石原料,，其釉中也可能摻入了石英礦物，應(yīng)是最早的長(zhǎng)石質(zhì)瓷,，堪稱(chēng)陶瓷史上的奇跡,。

細(xì)白瓷

邢窯細(xì)白瓷胎質(zhì)堅(jiān)致細(xì)膩,，胎色潔白無(wú)瑕,，釉色雪白瑩潤(rùn)，器型做工精致規(guī)整,。因此陸羽在《茶經(jīng)》中贊“邢瓷類(lèi)銀”“邢瓷類(lèi)雪”,。邢窯細(xì)白瓷燒制水平在唐代達(dá)到頂峰，出現(xiàn)了字款和印花裝飾,。精細(xì)白瓷不但進(jìn)貢皇室,，還遠(yuǎn)銷(xiāo)海外十幾個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)。在遺址出土與官府機(jī)構(gòu)有關(guān)的字款,。如“大盈”“盈”“翰林”“官”字款等,。

工藝進(jìn)步

窯爐改進(jìn)是向著“最合理、 最省材,，升溫快的方向發(fā)展,，逐漸縮短窯床長(zhǎng)度，增大火膛,，提高燒制溫度,。燒制技術(shù)的改進(jìn)，促使著燒造工具的更新,，發(fā)明了匣缽,，提高了生產(chǎn)白瓷質(zhì)量。模具的出現(xiàn),，增加了許多裝飾工藝,。改變了以往保守以素面為主的局面，出現(xiàn)了其他釉色,。裝燒上出現(xiàn)疊裝覆燒法,，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量達(dá)到飛速發(fā)展。
