壺唇口,，細頸,，斜肩，碩腹,，圈足,。壺身作玉壺春瓶式，壺體一側(cè)置彎曲細長的壺流,，并以一云板形飾件與壺身相連,，另一側(cè)置曲柄,，連接於頸腹之間,，柄上端置一小系。壺通體繪釉里紅紋飾,，頸部分層繪焦葉紋,、回紋、纏枝靈芝紋各一周,，腹部滿繪纏枝牡丹紋,，壺流亦滿飾纏枝花卉，壺柄繪有纏枝花卉及卷草等紋飾，近足處為一周變形蓮瓣紋,，足外墻繪卷草紋,。足內(nèi)滿施白釉，無款,。壺蓋為鎏金鏨刻,，做花卉鈕及蓮瓣紋，有細鏈與壺柄相連,。
