項(xiàng)目背景 快速城市化下重上不重下的失衡發(fā)展,致使豐雨期所帶來(lái)的城市問(wèn)題更加突出,。過(guò)去3年,,我國(guó)360多個(gè)城市遭內(nèi)澇,2015上半年已有41座城鎮(zhèn)因暴雨內(nèi)澇受淹,?!胺暧瓯貪场币殉蔀槲覈?guó)城市重大災(zāi)害之一。 Massive increase of impervious surfaces has made flooding a national scandal. “No one seems quite sure how to implement the trendy new idea of green infrastructure” – retrofitting our own front yard is UP+S’s first step towards solving this predicament. ▼夏日雨后,,After a Typical Summer Storm ▼建成后的雨水花園,,the completed rain garden 場(chǎng)地溯源 項(xiàng)目基地位于768創(chuàng)意園區(qū),,園區(qū)前身為大華電子儀器廠,是我國(guó)建國(guó)初期156項(xiàng)重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目之一,,始建于上世紀(jì)50年代,,由原蘇聯(lián)設(shè)計(jì)師設(shè)計(jì),是現(xiàn)存為數(shù)不多的老工業(yè)遺址之一,。2009年改造為以知識(shí)創(chuàng)新,、科研研發(fā)、設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)意為主的文創(chuàng)企業(yè)聚集地,。 The site is in the 768 creative park, and the building was a former electronic instrument factory designed by the original Soviet designer in 50’s. The transformation of a industrial heritage is critical to this area. ▼項(xiàng)目前身,,the original state of the site ▼平面圖,plan ▼雨水分析圖,,Analysis chart 雨水系統(tǒng) 屋頂雨水經(jīng)落水管進(jìn)入棄流池初步沉淀后,,一部分進(jìn)入循環(huán)水景,另一部分通過(guò)層層臺(tái)地滯留,、凈化,、下滲,徑流部分獲得最長(zhǎng)線的行走距離,,匯入中心下沉花園,。同時(shí)道路雨水從開(kāi)口道牙經(jīng)過(guò)臺(tái)地凈化,干凈的雨水也匯入下沉花園,。當(dāng)雨水量超過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)容量時(shí),,過(guò)多的雨水通過(guò)溢流裝置進(jìn)入地下貯水池,,雨后泵送回第二層臺(tái)地循環(huán)凈化,,或用于植物澆灌、洗車(chē)等,,場(chǎng)地內(nèi)部雨水自行消解,。建設(shè)的過(guò)程中,下沉花園與上層臺(tái)地實(shí)現(xiàn)土方平衡,,減少外運(yùn)成本,。為探索出適宜雨水花園的材料與植物,嘗試使用多種新的品類,,在滿足功能需求的前提下追求雨水花園營(yíng)建的藝術(shù)化,,尊重和感受雨水之美。 Rooftop and driveway runoff flows through a series of bioretention terraces before infiltrating through the central sunken garden. An underground cistern provides additional storage during extreme rainstorms. Purified rainwater is reused for irrigation, car-washing and waterscape in two linear troughs. ▼夏季的雨水花園,,rain garden in summer ▼為社區(qū)帶來(lái)良好的社會(huì)效益,,the social benefits within the community 場(chǎng)地設(shè)計(jì) 雨水花園對(duì)建筑屋頂及周邊場(chǎng)地的雨水進(jìn)行有效地滲透、滯留,、凈化,、蓄積、利用、排放,,對(duì)雨水進(jìn)行管理,,成為真正的雨水銀行。阿普雨水花園新景觀的微創(chuàng)新,,雨水路徑,、臺(tái)地、低維護(hù)植物,、節(jié)能型材料和明快的色彩是其5個(gè)顯著的特征,。在設(shè)計(jì)中,注重雨洪設(shè)施的景觀化處理,,低影響材料清水混凝土水槽呈現(xiàn)自然親切質(zhì)感,,透水的明黃色玻璃鋼格柵是利用廢舊材料的再次加工而成,像征四季都在盛放的迎春花,,黑色鋼板硬朗的線條感,,凸顯臺(tái)地層次,與水的柔美相配合剛?cè)岵?jì),。低影響,、低成本、低維護(hù)的三低景觀在花園中無(wú)處不體現(xiàn),,形成技藝兼?zhèn)涞挠晁到y(tǒng):形態(tài)遇到生態(tài),,可觀可玩可用的生態(tài)空間。 Since completion in Apr. 2014, the rain garden has been able to reuse and infiltrate 100% of the curb-cut inflow and runoff (totaling 57,060 gal. per year) from the 220 m2 roof and the site itself. Rainwater trails and garden function are clearly communicated through custom-designed downspout, first-flush pools, the steel and concrete troughs, terrace scuppers and the permeable FRP platform. Rooftop rainwater visibly slows down in the first flush pools and dissipates into the cascading terraces. A variety of plant species have been experimented in the pools to improve the water quality of the roof runoff. ▼秋天的雨水花園,,the rain garden in Autumn 場(chǎng)地空間 在設(shè)計(jì)中,,空間的使用功能也是重點(diǎn)考慮的內(nèi)容,格柵平臺(tái)方便近距離的接觸和觀察雨水花園和循環(huán)水景,,讓雨水設(shè)施可親近和互動(dòng),。這點(diǎn)在建成之后體現(xiàn)的十分明顯,平臺(tái)時(shí)常出現(xiàn)雨水花園的求知者,,這里成為了雨水花園教育和宣傳的基地,。水景設(shè)計(jì)尺度適宜,對(duì)凈化后雨水的利用成為其亮點(diǎn),,潺潺的水聲讓人感覺(jué)放松和寧?kù)o,,午后這里成為員工休閑交流的重要場(chǎng)所,同時(shí)也吸引兒童樂(lè)此不疲的戲水玩而耍,。 Gabions filled with recycled rocks from local quarries offer an incredibly low-cost approach to spatial division and rainwater filtering. A bright-colored permeable FRP platform invites everyone – professionals eager to learn Artful Rainwater Design or neighborhood children – to stay and interact with this functioning landscape. An educational sign unreservedly passes on knowledge gained through the design and construction processes. ▼冬季的雨水花園,,the garden in winter 檢測(cè)與后期維護(hù) 雨水花園建設(shè)過(guò)程中及建成后,我們分別收取花園不同位置的雨水,,包括棄流緩沖池,、景觀水槽,、下沉花園、蓄水池各處,,結(jié)合當(dāng)日降雨量及雨型進(jìn)行長(zhǎng)期的記錄和綜合分析,。雖然是低維護(hù)花園也仍然需要定期的對(duì)植物和雨水系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行維護(hù),以保證雨水花園發(fā)揮其凈化和收集雨水的作用,。 Without additional irrigation, careful selection of native plant species ensured a robust lush garden after just one growing season. Rainwater both nourishes the native plants in the central sunken garden and recharges precious groundwater through the infiltrating bioretention soil media. Flow reduction achievement prompted us to pursue our next research project – evaluating the water quality improvement function of the bioretention.
