Physical activity is a valuable alternative to pharmacotherapy in its ability to reduce the increases in mortality risks from high sUA. By being fully active, exercise can extend life span by 4–6?years, a level greater than the 1–4?years of life-shortening effect from high sUA.

體育活動(dòng)能夠有效降低高尿酸血癥患者的死亡率,,一般來講,,與正常人相比,高尿酸血癥病人的壽命要少1-4年,,而經(jīng)常運(yùn)動(dòng)的高尿酸血癥患者可以延長壽命4-6年,。

除了長壽,經(jīng)常適當(dāng)運(yùn)動(dòng),,可以降低痛風(fēng)病人的發(fā)病率,。于是,市面上有種說法:

汗液含有尿酸,,所以運(yùn)動(dòng)出汗可以達(dá)到排酸降酸的目的,,因此痛風(fēng)病人得經(jīng)常蒸桑拿。

蒸桑拿排尿酸嗎,?

2004年,,日本兵庫醫(yī)科大學(xué)( Hyogo College of Medicine)做過一個(gè)小實(shí)驗(yàn),,研究喝啤酒,、蒸桑拿、喝完啤酒再蒸桑拿三種情況體內(nèi)嘌呤和尿酸濃度以及尿酸排泄的情況,。

結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):

“Afterthe sauna alone, they found that the concentration of purines in thebloodstream had decreased, with more being converted to uric acid. However, theamount of uric acid excreted from the body was also lowered.”

2002年臺(tái)灣一個(gè)研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)在《The Chinese Journal of Physiology》上發(fā)表了一篇文章《人體汗液的尿酸和尿素Uric acid and urea in human sweat.》,他們發(fā)現(xiàn):

The results show that the concentration of uric acid in the sweat is 24.5 μmol/L, which is only 6.3% of that in serum....The results indicate that sweat uric acid concentration is quite minimal, and the estimated total uric acid excretion per day in normal physiological range is insignificant. However, the level of sweat urea was found at a much higher concentration than the serum level. ...

We suggest that persons who take vigorous exercise or are exposed to hot environments need drinking enough fluids to prevent dehydration and maintain adequate urinary output. People with profuse sweat after rigorous exercise are recommended taking sports drinks containing abundant sodium in order to decrease serum uric acid.

劇烈運(yùn)動(dòng)大量出汗后,,尿液尿酸排泄降低,導(dǎo)致血尿酸降低,,建議劇烈運(yùn)動(dòng)的痛風(fēng)病人喝足夠的水,,以防止脫水,并保持充足的尿量,。如果出汗很多,,建議喝含納的運(yùn)動(dòng)飲料。

結(jié)論:

1)通過蒸桑拿或者劇烈運(yùn)動(dòng)出汗都達(dá)不到降酸的目的,;

2)痛風(fēng)病人應(yīng)該適當(dāng)運(yùn)動(dòng),,但是不鼓勵(lì)劇烈運(yùn)動(dòng),;
