本文只獻(xiàn)給和我一樣沒有優(yōu)質(zhì)爹媽和具備國際化視角的家庭教育的普通小城鎮(zhèn)少年 如果你本身英文已經(jīng)很強(qiáng)或者本身處于大城市基礎(chǔ)很好，體會不到不同階層學(xué)生的辛苦，就沒必要看這篇文章 另外本文只針對高三畢業(yè)生的暑假，不建議其它人群閱讀參考,，也別問我其它人群怎么辦 我只假設(shè)： 第一你高考成績還不錯，不管是否考上心儀學(xué)校,，但是總體來說,，相對比較穩(wěn)定了 第二你的確打定主意了，增加個英文技能 第三你有決心整個暑假接近100天都在家做個家里蹲 以上三點(diǎn)缺一不可,，如果你覺得自己符合,，就往下看，如果覺得不符合,，就算了 開篇明智,，四級是個非常簡單的東西，保持高考及格的基礎(chǔ),，背一個月不到時間的單詞做做題就能過了，想要預(yù)習(xí)大學(xué)英語,，其實(shí)沒有任何必要 你需要的不是去預(yù)習(xí)新課,，而是要補(bǔ)課,，補(bǔ)舊課，尤其是補(bǔ)傳統(tǒng)教育培養(yǎng)上的疏漏 疏漏在哪呢,？ 一般來說新生兒開始獲得母語的這個過程有很多值得成年人參考的地方,，雖然無法做到一模一樣，但很多注意要點(diǎn)還是盡可能要去做的,，其中最重要的一點(diǎn)就在于幾乎所有人都是從慢慢的聽力輸入開始來掌握語言的,，而傳統(tǒng)的教育偏重的地方主要在于應(yīng)試和備考，尤其是對知識點(diǎn)的死記硬背和大量刷題這種重復(fù)性機(jī)械性行為的狂熱 嚴(yán)格來說,，這種行為只能叫應(yīng)試,，而不叫學(xué)語言，做1000道聽力題和閱讀題,，實(shí)際上不能起到有效的聽力輸入和閱讀輸入的作用 所以傳統(tǒng)的學(xué)校教育最容易疏漏的,，就是聽力輸入工作，和廣大培訓(xùn)學(xué)校說的不一樣,，并不是什么基礎(chǔ)很好,，只是缺乏開口說的前提和環(huán)境，反而是這個基礎(chǔ)才是幾乎所有中國人都最欠缺的,，最好早點(diǎn)補(bǔ),，越早越不吃虧。當(dāng)然前提是你希望畢業(yè)后有能力熟練的把英文作為工作工具使用的話 所以如果你真的有規(guī)劃,，那么可以參考下文 在培養(yǎng)自己的聽感和口腔的流利度時,，最重要的不是獲得對大量生詞發(fā)音的，而是把你已經(jīng)記得的單詞的各種音全都熟練于心,，不要覺得我都背上了所以很簡單,，其實(shí)很多人的聽力詞匯很少，尚且做到聽音識意,，只能聽音翻譯,，然后識意，這樣對自己的英文學(xué)習(xí)其實(shí)是個很大的阻礙,，連聽力都只能處于這個水平,，那就不要說口語跟閱讀了 所以最理想的聽力訓(xùn)練方案和聽力材料，是找到一堆的對話和篇章,，基本上都在高三的詞匯和語法范圍里,，同時這些材料的音頻，都分級,，從比較緩慢的語速,，慢慢過渡到比較快速，然后逐漸熟悉常速的材料 只有在這個基礎(chǔ)上，才能開始慢慢獲得準(zhǔn)確的聽音辨字的能力,，也就是聽到生詞能拼寫出來,，最后開始加大聽力材料內(nèi)容上而不是語速上的難度 而且這些材料最好是英美音和其它國家口音都包括一點(diǎn)，這樣對聽力的鍛煉效果最好,，同時材料最好有趣有意思,，引人入勝 從這個基礎(chǔ)上考慮，最適合的聽力鍛煉材料,，是所謂的簡易分級讀物,，這類材料有很多種，比如什么書蟲之類的,，但是做的最好的是password和black cat兩套,，比任何一種都好，主要原因是這兩種不是單純枯燥的朗讀,，而是播講,，類似廣播劇的配音，還有背景音樂,，聽起來就給人以想象的空間,，而且播講者的演繹能力非常強(qiáng)，不是在干巴巴讀書,，而是在表演,，非常引人入勝 password比較簡單，一共28本,，分成了五個級別 第一級（Beginner） 這一級別讀物幾乎都以現(xiàn)在時陳述,，出現(xiàn)一些情態(tài)動詞，尤其是must和can,；并包含大量關(guān)于形容詞,、介詞和疑問詞的練習(xí)。在第一級的讀物中,，插圖在詞匯學(xué)習(xí)與測試中起到了重要的作用,。 第二級（Elementary） 這一級別讀物幾乎都以現(xiàn)在時陳述。其中也出現(xiàn)一些情態(tài)動詞的使用,，尤其是must,， can，should,，have to,。這一級別的大多數(shù)讀物包含關(guān)于形容詞比較級、不規(guī)則名詞復(fù)數(shù)形式,，以及疑問詞和疑問句的練習(xí),。每冊讀物都配有全彩色插圖,，既幫助讀者加強(qiáng)對文章的理解，又增加練習(xí)題的生動性,。 第三級（Pre-intermediate） 幾乎所有故事都以現(xiàn)在時講述,，涉及少量過去時，尤其是was和were,。大多數(shù)讀物都聚焦于常用的基本詞匯，很少出現(xiàn)助動詞,，讀者可以進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)形容詞的比較級和疑問詞的用法,。 第四級（Intermediate） 一般過去時廣泛地出現(xiàn)在這一級別的讀物中。學(xué)生可以從中掌握不規(guī)則動詞的過去時態(tài)變形,。文章中還包括動詞的一般將來時和一些常用情態(tài)動詞的用法,。這一級別的文章用詞更為廣泛，讀者可以深入學(xué)習(xí)形容詞比較級和最高級的用法,。其中一些讀本還講述了更為復(fù)雜的語法結(jié)構(gòu),，比如條件狀語從句、不定式結(jié)構(gòu)等,。語法講解采用大量疑問句和否定句作為例子,，以加深對語法結(jié)構(gòu)的學(xué)習(xí)。 第五級（Upper-intermediate） 這一級別讀物涉及的話題及詞匯主要聚焦于現(xiàn)代時尚行業(yè)：電視產(chǎn)品,、時尚設(shè)計,、電子銀行等。這些故事的中心內(nèi)容是商業(yè)事務(wù)及現(xiàn)代無線通信,。文章中使用了中高級難度的動詞時態(tài)和其他語法結(jié)構(gòu),。 方法：不用看文本（都很簡單），從頭聽到尾便是 優(yōu)點(diǎn)：比VOA慢速有趣的多,，缺點(diǎn)也如此,，難度太小了 下面是black cat系列，這個系列很多,，國內(nèi)華師大出版社引進(jìn)了,，但是出版的順序不太對，導(dǎo)致按照國內(nèi)的順序?qū)W習(xí),，會出現(xiàn)級別跨越的情況,，不利于完整學(xué)習(xí)，因此我在國外官網(wǎng)整理下,，給出了正確的學(xué)習(xí)順序： Audiobook朗讀錄音是所有有聲讀物中最棒的,，不是簡單的讀書，而是不同角色的扮演,，找了很多很多人來客串表演,，還有背景音效，比書蟲好太多，最難得的是口音眾多,，美音英音各地口音都有,，對聽力有奇效，但是國內(nèi)引進(jìn)的是閹割版,，分級分的非常錯亂,，所以導(dǎo)致不同級別之間的書籍難度銜接不起來，對學(xué)習(xí)者造成很大困擾 黑貓在官網(wǎng)把自己的系列分成了Early Reads,，Green Apple,， Reading & Training，國內(nèi)出版社把后面兩個都混在一起了,，造成級別難度上的跨越,，所以整理了一下把原版目錄發(fā)過來，照這個學(xué)會很好,，但是有很多書沒有引進(jìn),，尤其是R&T，共120多本,，國內(nèi)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠,。下面凡是美語發(fā)音的都標(biāo)注出來了 想練聽力，聽有聲書入門,，聽黑貓挺好,，想提高詞匯量有點(diǎn)懸，最難的R & T詞匯量不過4500 Green Apple分成了starter,，step1和step2 Starter Anne of Green Gables NEW Lucy M.
