Come over to celebrate a very special occasion and the unique diversity of crab with a special gastronomical journey. A selection of dishes featuring this seasonal delicacy will be prepared by Noble Court’s Chinese master chef Victor Hu and his team, using a variety of different cooking methods. All dishes retain the freshness, aroma and sweetness of the crab meat and roe.
