仇恨在你心中能保留多久？

一位幼兒園老師決定讓她班上的學(xué)生玩一個游戲,。老師讓班上每個孩子都用一只塑料袋裝一些土豆帶來幼兒園,。每個土豆都要以自己討厭的人來命名。因此,，每個孩子放到塑料袋中的土豆數(shù)量取決于其討厭的人數(shù),。

第二天，每個孩子都帶來了一些土豆,，上面寫著自己討厭的人的名字,。有些孩子帶來了2個土豆，有些帶來了3個,，最多的是帶來了5個,。

這時，老師讓孩子們無論走到哪里都要帶著塑料袋中的土豆,，時間一個星期,。

幾天過后，孩子們開始抱怨了,，因為爛土豆發(fā)出了難聞的氣味,。此外，帶著5個土豆的孩子還得攜帶更重的袋子,。一個星期之后,，孩子們?nèi)妓闪艘豢跉猓驗檫@個游戲終于結(jié)束了,。

老師問：“你們這一周帶著土豆一起行動有什么感受,？”

孩子們發(fā)泄了他們的不滿，開始抱怨說他們?nèi)ツ睦锒疾坏貌粠е切┏林氐?、臭烘烘的土豆?/span>

此時,，老師才告訴他們這個游戲背后的含義。老師說：“這跟你在心中帶著對某人的仇恨的情景是一模一樣的,。仇恨的惡臭會污染你的心靈,，你走到哪里都會帶著它。如果你對爛土豆的臭味連一個星期都忍受不了,，那么如果你一生都在心中帶著仇恨的惡臭,，你能想象得出會是什么樣的結(jié)果嗎？”

由此可見,，拋掉心中對他人的仇恨,，這樣你就不會一輩子背負(fù)著沉重的包袱。原諒他人是最可取的態(tài)度。對他人持消極態(tài)度將會讓你的心靈無法安寧,。所以,，請記住他人的優(yōu)點，放下心中的仇恨,。

How Long Can You Keep Hatred In Your Heart?

A kindergarten teacher had decided to let her class play a game. The teacher told each child in the class to bring along a plastic bag containing a few potatoes. Each potato will be given a name of a person that the child hates. So the number of potatoes that a child will put in his/her plastic bag will depend on the number of people he/she hates.

So when the day came, every child brought some potatoes with the name of the people he/she hated. Some had 2 potatoes, some 3 while some up to 5 potatoes.

The teacher then told the children to carry the potatoes in the plastic bag with them wherever they go for 1 week.

Days after days passed, and the children started to complain due to the unpleasant smell let out by the rotten potatoes. Besides, those having 5 potatoes also had to carry heavier bags. After 1 week, the children were relieved because the game had finally ended.

The teacher asked: “How did you feel while carrying the potatoes with you for 1 week?”

The children let out their frustrations and started complaining of the trouble that they had to go through having to carry the heavy and smelly potatoes wherever they go.

Then the teacher told them the hidden meaning behind the game. The teacher said: “This is exactly the situation when you carry your hatred for somebody inside your heart. The stench of hatred will contaminate your heart and you will carry it with you wherever you go. If you cannot tolerate the smell of rotten potatoes for just 1 week, can you imagine what is it like to have the stench of hatred in your heart for your lifetime?”

Moral: Throw away any hatred for anyone from your heart so that you will not carry burden for a lifetime. Forgiving others is the best attitude to take. Negativity about someone will keep peace of your mind away from you. Remember the good things about him/her, and let go of the hatred.
