A: Good morning, sir.What can I do for you?

B: Is this thecounter for SQ 368 to Singapore?

A: Yes, sir. Areyou from the same group?

B: Yes, we are.

A: Please go to thenext counter for group check in.

B: Hello, we are agroup of 30 people going to Singapore by SQ 368.

A: May I have your  tickets and passports, please?

B: Sure here youare.

A: How many piecesof luggage would you like to check in?

B: Thirty fivepieces altogether.

A: Here yourtickets, passports and boarding passes. Your luggage claim  tags  are attached  to the tickets cover.

B: Thank you.

A: You're welcome.

A: 早上好,，先生,。有什么需要幫助的嗎,？

B: 這個柜臺是辦理新加坡航空公司前往新加坡的368次航班嗎？

A: 是的,，先生,。你們是一起的嗎？

B: 是的,。

A: 請去下一個辦理團隊登機的柜臺。

A: 請問我可以看下你們的機票和護照嗎？

B: 當然,，給你,。

A: 你們需要托運多少件行李？

B: 總共35件,。

A: 這里是你們的機票,，護照和登機牌。你們提取行李的標簽就附在機票上,。

B: 謝謝你,。

A: 不用客氣。

A: Good evening ,sir. May I help you?

B: Yes. I’d like tocheck in, please?

A: May I see yourticket and passport, please?

B: Here you are.

A: Do you have anyluggage to check in?

B: No, I’ve thistraveling bag only.

A: I see. Here are your ticket and boarding pass, sir. Your seat is 3C. It’s an aisle  seat. And  your  flight will be called with in about 10minutes.

B: Thanks a lot.

A: 晚上好,，先生,。有什么需要幫助的嗎？

B:是的,。麻煩你我想要辦理登機,。

A:請問我可以看下你的機票和護照嗎,？

B:給你。

A:你有行李需要托運嗎,？

B:沒有,，我只有隨身行李。

A: 我知道了,。先生這是你的機票和登機牌,。你的座位是3C。是靠著過道的座位,。你乘坐的飛機將會在10分鐘后通知登機,。

B: 多謝。
