每個人在腦海里都有各種各樣的夢想,，可面對現(xiàn)實的殘酷卻讓大家夢想變得舉步維艱。

Everyone has a variety of dreams in their own minds, but faced with the cruelty of reality, all of the dreams become difficult.

也許其實很多人都已經(jīng)為自己的夢想做好了計劃,，但是每當(dāng)要去按照計劃執(zhí)行時卻遭遇了困難,。

Maybe many of you guys have already made perfect plans for your dreams, but when you really go through the plan,you'll find that so many difficulties are right there, waiting for an encounter.

于是大多數(shù)人都害怕到退縮，開始找各種借口,，并最終激情散去,，使得夢想也付之東流。

Most people are so afraid to fail, so they shrink from dreams, they start to find various excuses for their cowardice, until all of their passion is dissipated, until all their dreams are gone.

所以說如果我們只空談夢想而不行動,，那么一切都是白費力氣,。活得好累，是的,，我懂,，我都懂！

So if we only talk about our dreams without any actions, then everything is in vain. Ya, life is tough, I know, I know all of it.

所以往往當(dāng)我們面對自己眼前難以攀爬的高山,，就不應(yīng)該停滯不前,，而應(yīng)該勇敢前行，拿出拼勁和決心,，堅持向前走不放棄,，踏出夢想的第一步，這樣也許才能成功。

Therefore, being faced with the mountains that are so difficult to climb, we should not stagnate. Instead, we should bravely move forward with determination, and never say die. As you may succeed only if you take the first step of your dreams. 

成功之路不好走,，我卻一直在努力,。

The road to success is not smooth, but I've been working hard on it.

其實，一個人要實現(xiàn)自己的夢想,，最重要的是要具備以下兩個條件：勇氣和行動,。最初所擁有的只是夢想，以及毫無根據(jù)的自信而已,。

In fact, only with two conditions could you make your dream a reality, namely courage and action. You were only with dreams and unfounded confidence at the very beginning. 

但是,，所有的一切就從這里出發(fā), 夢想一旦被付諸行動，就會變得神圣,。

However, it becomes sacred once you carry out your actions. Everything starts from here.

夢想不拋棄苦心追求的人,，只要不停止追求，你們會沐浴在夢想的光輝之中,。

Dreams do not abandon those who pursue their dreams painstakingly. As long as you do not stop pursuing them, you will be bathed in the glory of your dreams. 

行動是通向成功的唯一途徑,。如果我們只是有個夢想，卻光干著急不去行動,，或者紙上談兵,，那么一切都將是幻想。

Action is the only way to success. Everything will be fantasy if we are just armchair strategists, without taking any actions to our dreams.

不過,，人的腦子是個瘋狂的地方,，有時候幻想就只是幻想而已。

And yet the human mind is a crazy place and a fantasy is often just a fantasy.

無論再完美的計劃,，如果不行動,，那也只是浪費時間而已。萬事開頭難,，雖然生活不易,，就像現(xiàn)在很多人的夢想是要賺很多錢，讓自己和家人過上幸福的生活,，但是光想沒有用,，我們還需勇敢的走出第一步，因為即使只走出了一步,，那也是成功了一半,。

No matter how perfect the plan is, if you don't carry it out, it is nothing but a waste of time. Everything is much difficult at the very beginning. Though life is not easy, we still have to bravely take the first step, because that is half the battle.  Just like many people nowadays dream of making a lot of money so as to bring themselves and their families a happier life, but it is useless if without any actions.

有時候哪怕你停下手上玩的手機看一會書，就很簡單的事都能幫助你獲得成長,。很多年輕人都抱怨說怎么實現(xiàn)夢想就這么難,，怎么每天工作那么忙天天加班那么努力還是賺不到錢，甚至還怨天怨地怨別人出身好等等,。人生,，除了矯情,，還有努力與遠方,！

Sometimes you can just stop watching your mobile phone and read a book, it's a simple matter that can help you grow. Many young people complain that it is so difficult to realize their dreams. They work hard every day, but with little money, they even blame others for their good birth,etc. Life, in addition to the complaints, there are efforts and distance!

是,，這世界上是有很多不公平，但如果你不行動還妄想獲得成功,，那你要是成功了不是更不公平嗎,？哪怕你只行動了一小步，但卻是人生的一大步,。

Ya, there exists lots of unfairness in this world. Will it be fair if you succeed without actions? A small action will bring you a big breakthrough in life.

很簡單,，有很多事很多夢想即便是做了不一定能成功，但是沒去做就一定不會成功,。究竟是什么,，導(dǎo)致了我們的落敗？

It's simple. You work on it, you may succeed. You don't work on it, you'll never succeed. What is it on earth that leads to our defeat?

如果我們心中只有夢想,，卻不知道如何靠近夢想,，只是心懷夢想到處亂竄的話，我們不但會碰得頭破血流,，更會讓自己的人生變得越來越凄慘,。如果你的人生正在變得凄慘的話，不要抱怨自己的夢想,，我們應(yīng)該反省自己找的梯子對不對,。

If we don’t know how to get close to our dreams, only keeping them in our minds, we will not only fail in reality, but also make our life more and more miserable. If your life is getting miserable, donnot complain about your dreams, we should reflect on the ladders we are using.

絕大多數(shù)成功的人往往是敢于行動的人。舉個例子,，馬云曾經(jīng)去美國討債的時候第一次接觸到了互聯(lián)網(wǎng),，于是他就下決心要成立一家互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司，但是他也是光有個偉大的夢想實現(xiàn)起來卻很難,。不過馬云并沒有退縮,，他問了身邊的朋友這個事能不能做，結(jié)果幾乎所有的人都反對,，只有一個人說先試試看,。

Most successful people are often those who dare to act. For instance, Jack Ma got his first contact with the Internet when he went to the United States to collect debts. Then he decided to set up an internet company. Though this dream is also tough to realize, he didn't shrink back. He consulted from his friends around, but almost all of them told him that it was impossible to make it a reality. Only one person told him that you can give it a try.

馬云糾結(jié)了一晚上，但第二天早上還是決定做,，哪怕所有的人都反對,，他還是要做。于是他叫來了人,，租了房子,，開始創(chuàng)業(yè)，并最終做成了中國黃頁,。所以馬云知道即便實現(xiàn)夢想很難,，但不管成不成功先去做,，不管怎樣經(jīng)歷了就是成功，不行還可以再來,。

Jack Ma tangled for one whole night, but he decided to do it the next morning, even if all people opposed it.  Then he hired employees and rent house to set it up,， and finally, he made the China Yellow Pages. He knew that the dream is much difficult, but he got to do it no matter he would succeed or fail. He would always get a second chance to carry it out.

他也說過一句大家都知道的話：很多人都有一個夢想，但是大多數(shù)人晚上想想千條路,，早上起來走原路,。很多人都想創(chuàng)業(yè)，但即使有了再好的點子,，再好的創(chuàng)業(yè)方案,，你不去行動也不可能創(chuàng)業(yè)成功。

Most of us know a word from him, " Everyone has dreams, most of us think of thousands of ways to make it a reality at night. But we go the original way the next morning. Many people want to start a business, but even if you have the best ideas,  the best business plan, you can't succeed without actions. "

關(guān)于實現(xiàn)夢想,，很多人總是非要有很大把握才去做,，但就像想去賺錢一樣，等你去再做的時候市場早被占光了,。機會轉(zhuǎn)瞬即逝,，不可能給你時間考慮那么多。如果非要等時機完全成熟了再行動,，那么實際上一切也都已經(jīng)晚了,。所以很多人之所以實現(xiàn)不了夢想，主要是因為不敢去行動,。

Many people won't go realize their dreams until they have eough confidence to succeed. But it is similar with earning money. When you finally make your decision, they market has been fully occupied. Opportunity is fleeting. It is impossible to give you much time to consider it. It may be too late if you keep waiting for the best time to take your actions. So being afraid of taking actions has been the key reason why many people cannot realize their dreams.

時間不等人,，要想成功，要想賺到錢,，光想沒用要行動才行,。其實成功最大的障礙來自于一個人的惰性。

Time does not wait for anyone, if you want to succeed, if you want to make money, you need actions, not just ideas. In fact, the biggest obstacle to success comes from the inertia of a person.

如果我們做事果斷,，立即行動,，并堅持到底，很多事情就不會那么難,。一定要記住無論遇到了什么困難也不要怕,，要相信自己一定能解決。

If we act decisively, act immediately, and stick to the end, many things will not be so difficult. But remember, don't be afraid of any difficulties you encounter, just believe that you can solve them.

未來盡管前途漫漫,，但只要我們勇敢行動,，克服困難，不斷改善自己,，那么成功早晚有一天會到來,！

Despite the long road ahead, as long as we act bravely to overcome difficulties, and constantly improve ourselves, success will come sooner or later.

當(dāng)你停下追夢的腳步，開始向生活的困難妥協(xié)的時候,，你就注定要在失敗中度過一生,。

When you stop to pursue your dreams, when you kneel to the sufferings in your life, you are destined to spend a lifetime in failure.
