地點,、類型,、項目和公共生活: 南京浦口文化中心 Place,Typologies,Programs,and Public Life: Pukou Community Centre, Nanjing.   滑動查看夜景 slide to see night view 項目之所在 Place 在南京市外圍，有一個以現(xiàn)代主義綠色夢想為規(guī)劃的新區(qū)——浦口,。浦口以現(xiàn)代主義的規(guī)劃模式,，布局了很多大型封閉式的住宅社區(qū)，整個區(qū)域雖然基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和道路完善,，但是卻和其他同類規(guī)劃的新區(qū)一樣缺少豐富多彩的公共生活,。BAU所設(shè)計的浦口文化中心，將公共空間最大化,，借此契機打開了公共生活的大門,，力圖為浦口打造濃郁的都市氛圍。 A new district on the fringe of Nanjing, formulated on the green dream of modernist planning, and comprised mostly of large autonomous gated housing communities has left Pukou as a well-engineered city but one with limited opportunity for dynamic public life. This project brings an intense moment of urbanity to the district, maximising public space and opening opportunities for the emergence of public life.  浦口文化中心位于兩條主干道交匯處,，一條運河圍繞著場地,，形成后方的邊界，這條邊界被充分利用,、轉(zhuǎn)化成了公共開放空間的綠色網(wǎng)絡(luò),。 The site is on a large block located on a corner of two major streets. A canal wraps around the site forming the rear site boundary. This boundary has been transformed into a green network of public open space.  類型提煉 An Abstraction of Typologies 自由演繹的圍合式建筑類型構(gòu)成了此建筑的基本輪廓。建筑的兩條邊沿著兩條街道形成街墻,，地塊的另外兩條則開放,，建筑內(nèi)側(cè)的庭院在主樓的屏障后，遠離喧囂的馬路,，與更大的公共開放空間網(wǎng)絡(luò)相連,。在沿街的主樓中間各設(shè)有一個開闊的入口，提供公眾進入庭院的通道,，并通向后側(cè)的更大的公共空間,。 A freely interpreted and eroded perimeter block typology forms the basis of this project’s architectural figure-ground. With two street edges left in place and the two other sides adjacent to the public open space removed, the private courtyard associated with the typology is protected from the street and connected to a larger network of public open space. Two civic-scaled openings mid-block effectively reduce the block size for pedestrians and provide public access through the courtyard to the public open space beyond.   這種三重式的城市設(shè)計肌理為城市貢獻了：靈活穩(wěn)固的底層空間，四層高的中部樓層,，以及有點不規(guī)則的頂層,，共同構(gòu)成了該項目的形態(tài)提取。而內(nèi)部的庭院空間,，一個坡地建筑布置在其中,，在保證不減少綠化空間的同時，提供了起伏的特色地景,。 A tripartite urban fabric was seen as a positive contribution to the city, with: a robust ground floor; four stogeys of middle-storey; and a slightly misbehaving attic that completes the abstraction of typologies. Within the private court, a pavilion folded into the site ensures no reduction in green open space and provides an interesting topography to an otherwise flat landscape.  渾然一體 Mixed Programs 將不同的項目整合到一起：在首層沿街設(shè)置活躍的零售商鋪和服務(wù)設(shè)施,、中部樓層設(shè)有一個帶有104間客房和辦公空間的酒店、頂樓設(shè)有2500平方米的育兒園，最后在庭院處建造一個帶有報告廳和游泳池的社區(qū)中心,。這樣的浦口文化中心并非只是一個政府服務(wù)中心,，還是人們心馳神往的地方。 With collection of mixed programs: active-edge retail and services at ground floor; a 104-room hotel, plus office space in the middle storey; a pre-school of 2,500m2 in the attic; and finally a community centre with swimming pool and auditorium in the courtyard; Pukou Community Centre is a destination, not just a place to find government services.  科學(xué)建筑 And Science 建筑立面由一系列混凝土薄板懸挑形成平臺,，并在平臺裝置折疊穿孔的金屬遮陽板,，回應(yīng)不同的立面朝向，有效阻擋陽光直射入建筑內(nèi)部,，最大化遮擋了不必要的太陽直射,。該建筑良好的通風(fēng)，充分的自然采光減少了耗能,，為員工和訪客帶來一個惠風(fēng)和暢的舒適環(huán)境,。 The facade consists of a series of thin concrete overhangs which form a platform on which to sit a series of folded perforated metal sails that respond to the changing facade orientations – ensuring minimum heat gain through an otherwise glass building. The outcome is a well ventilated and naturally lit building reducing energy consumption and providing high amenity for both staff and visitors.   兩者兼得 Both and 都說城市設(shè)計的作用是即便有一些粗制濫造的建筑，也能確保一個優(yōu)秀的城市肌理,。但我們這個建筑的理念是實現(xiàn)兩者的完美結(jié)合,，不僅為城市做出了積極的貢獻，同時也打造了高度舒適的建筑空間和景觀綠化,。 It is said that urban design’s role is to ensure a great city despite poor architecture.
