MT103 (EURO Cash Credit) Irrevocable Payment Letter of Commitment

茲有我XXXXX集團(tuán)有限公司,，簽字人：XXX,護(hù)照號(hào)：G3XXX89,，就歐洲XXXXXINSURANCE PUBLIC LTD依據(jù)雙方投資協(xié)議合同（編號(hào)： 20161125-A—XXXX-001），開(kāi)出MT103 歐元現(xiàn)金額度（CASH CREDIT）到我香港匯豐銀行賬戶（賬號(hào)82806XXXXX）,。根據(jù)甲乙雙方所簽合同,，明確了我方接受到歐洲ANCORIA INSURANCE PUBLIC LTD依據(jù)合同發(fā)送到我方香港匯豐銀行賬戶的歐元現(xiàn)金使用額度（CASH CREDIT）后,，我方同意按所簽合同條款,，自愿承諾如下：

To Whom It May Concern,

This is to certify that XXXXXXX with passport number G3397XXXX is the signatory of XXXX Group Co., Limited. According to the contract JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT （REF: 20161125-A—XXX-001）, XXXX INSURANCE PUBLIC LTD will issue a Euro Cash Credit application form sent by MT103 SWIFT to our Hong Kong HSBC bank account 82806774XXXX According to the contract, after we confirm that we received the MT103 message by email, hereby We promise that we will follow the contract and make the following statements:

我方以全部的法律責(zé)任和信譽(yù),，對(duì)合同中所約定的各結(jié)算獲益賬戶以及各賬戶獲益比例,，特此做出不可撤銷(xiāo)的,、不可更改的、無(wú)條件的支付承諾，并保證在我方賬戶接到貴方MT103報(bào)文后5個(gè)銀行工作日內(nèi)予以結(jié)算支付。如果我方逾期未能支付，則我方完全同意按照合同規(guī)定,，在支付結(jié)算費(fèi)用的同時(shí)，另行賠付貴方1%的費(fèi)用,。

We will take the legal and credit responsibility to state that the contract is irrevocable, unchanged, and all the beneficiaries mentioned in the contract will be an integral part of this contract upon signed by both parties. The contract shall be considered immediately enforced. No changes shall be made.

Hereby we stated that we will make payments to all the beneficiaries according to the contract within 5 bank business days after we received the Euro Cash Credit with MT103 messages. Otherwise, it is deemed default. If we are The Defaulting party, we shall bear and compensate the other observant party  the proportion of 1 % of the total contract amount.    

合同中所約定的各結(jié)算獲益賬戶以及各賬戶獲益比例如下：

乙方中介顧問(wèn)費(fèi)賬戶A 0.5%,， PARTY B’S CONSULTANCY FEES 0.5%  :

乙方中介顧問(wèn)費(fèi)賬戶B 0.5%， PARTY B’S CONSULTANCY FEES 0.5%  :

注：本承諾書(shū)的有效期：自我方簽字蓋章后生效，直至付清全部合同規(guī)定的操作金額為止,，是不可變更,、不可撤銷(xiāo)的有效法律文書(shū)。

Specifications: The Statements will start to be effective since we signed and sealed until the total amount of the contract is fully operated. During which, the contract cannot be changed, and the contract will be lawfully carried out.
