When the NC command is input into the memory of the CNC control, the control makes the decoding and makes the interpolation along the contour. The output of interpolation usu. in the form of electrical pulses is compared with the output of the feedback devices. The greater is the deviation known as following error, the faster is the servomotor. Actually the error is entered into a speed control loop. The signal is amplified for powering the motor and the load. If the error is zero, the servomotor will stop in the position.
