夫流注者,為刺法之深源,,作針術(shù)之大要,,是故流者行也;注者住也,。蓋流者要知經(jīng)脈之行流也,;注者謂十二經(jīng)脈各至本時(shí),皆有虛實(shí)邪正之氣,,注于所括之穴也,。夫得時(shí)謂之開(kāi),失時(shí)謂之合,。夫開(kāi)者針之必除其病,,合者刺之難愈其疾,可不明此二者乎?況經(jīng)氣內(nèi)干五臟,,外應(yīng)支節(jié),,針刺之道,經(jīng)絡(luò)為始,。若識(shí)經(jīng)脈,,則諸行氣部分,脈之短長(zhǎng),,血?dú)舛嗌?,行之逆順,祛逐有過(guò),,補(bǔ)虛瀉實(shí),,則萬(wàn)舉萬(wàn)痊。若夫經(jīng)脈之源而不知,,邪氣所在而不辨,往往病在陽(yáng)明,,反攻少陰,,疾在厥陰,卻和太陽(yáng),,遂致賊邪未除,,本氣受弊,以此推之,經(jīng)脈之理不可不通也,。昔圣人深慮此者,,恐后人勞而少功也,廣因閑暇之際,,爰取前經(jīng),,以披舊典,緣柯摘葉,,采摭精華,,以明流注之幽微,庶免討尋之倦怠,。不揆荒拙,,列圖于后,凡我同聲之者,,見(jiàn)其違闕,,改而正之,庶行之久遠(yuǎn)而無(wú)弊焉,,不亦宜乎,?
