Of course there are so many kinds of exercise which you can choose, swimming, walking, running and hiking are all good for our health.
A healthy diet can help you lose weight and improve your health. Never eat fast food. If you eat too much fast food over a long time, however, it can bring some health problems. You could become overweight or too large. Fruit and meals at home are better for you. So you should eat more.

In a school some trouble was caused by the students. They are very naughty and didn’t obey the school rules. They often fought with each other and they didn’t forgive each other. One day a new teacher came to this school. When he heard that, he came up with a good idea.
He told each of his students to bring a clear plastic bag and a bag of potatoes to school. For every person they didn’t want to forgive in their lives, they chose a potato, wrote the person’s name on it, and put it in the plastic bag. Some of their bags were very heavy. They were then told to carry this bag with them everywhere for one week. They would put it beside their bed at night, on the seat when sitting a car or on a bus, and next to their desk at school. Days of carrying the bags around with them made students get to know what a weight they were carrying in their minds. And they had to pay attention to it all the time so they didn’t forget it or leave it in embarrassing (令人難堪的) places. As time passed by, the potatoes went bad and smelt nasty.
Too often we think of tolerance as a gift to other people, and it clearly is for ourselves! If we choose to keep our sadness and hatred (仇恨) in our hearts, we will have to carry them around all our lives. After that, the students got on well with each other and didn’t fight anymore. The mobile phone has been more than a mobile phone for years, but soon it could take on another new role——standing in for all of the credit cards in wallets.
Instead of swiping a plastic card at the checkout counter, consumers would only wave their phones.
Mobile phone carriers, banks, payment networks and technology companies are all vying(競爭)to control these wallets. But first, they need to decide what role each will play and how each will get paid.
“it all depends on to who gets paid and who makes money,” said Drew Siervers, the leader of M—Foundry, which makes mobile payment software for shopkeepers and banks. “Competing is already there.”
In one camp are the long—established players, like banks .they want to stay at the center of any payment system (系統(tǒng)) and continue to collect their fees from others .
However, they are facing competition from other companies. These include PayPal and Google, which want to play a part in a new payment system, as well as Apple and the mobile carriers, which want to collect fees through their control of the phones themselves. In the middle—and perhaps playing an important role—are the retailers (零售商). They have to install terminals (安裝終端設(shè)備) that are for mobile payments.
Most consumers say they care about if a mobile payment system would bring higher fees, though they think that mobile wallets will make their life easier.

The Great Wall ,the symbol of China, is one of the world’s most famous projects . It is 75 kilometers northwest of Beijing.
The construction of the Wall first began during the period of the Warring States(476—221BC). At first, walls were built by different kingdoms to protect themselves. In 221BC after the first Emperor of tne Qin Dynasty unified China, he decided to link up the wall and make it longer.
About one million people, one –fifth of China’s population at that time, took part in the project. It took them more than ten years to finish the work.
When it was finished we call it ‘Wan Li ChangCheng’. The Great Wall was rebuilt during the Ming Dynasty in the 16th century. Before the Ming Dynasty, the Wall was built of earth and rock. Under the Ming, it was rebuilt in most places with bricks and stones.
Fortresses were built along the wall. Beacon towers were built on both sides of the wall. Whenever the enemy appeared, bonfires were lit on the towers to tell the coming of enemies.
Along the southern side of the Wall, there are gates with stone steps leading to the top of the Wall. The top of the Wall is covered with large bricks. It is four to five meters wide, enough for five horsemen to ride side by side.
