小妞睡覺(jué)前一直有聽(tīng)音樂(lè)的習(xí)慣,，她小時(shí)候我哄她睡覺(jué)的時(shí)候唱給她聽(tīng)，現(xiàn)在她自己會(huì)打開(kāi)音樂(lè),，聽(tīng)著聽(tīng)著就睡著了。看著她熟睡的小臉蛋，當(dāng)媽的真是打心眼兒里覺(jué)得好可愛(ài),。睡前音樂(lè)是個(gè)很棒的主意，在此向大家傾情推薦,。
為什么睡覺(jué)前要給寶寶聽(tīng)音樂(lè),？ 聽(tīng)音樂(lè)可以作為睡前程序的一部分，向小寶寶傳遞“該睡覺(jué)了”的信號(hào),。
