Thank you to the Academy, thank you to all of you in this room. I have to congratulate the other incredible nominees this year. 'The Revenant' was the product of the tireless efforts of an unbelievable cast and crew.

First off, to my brother in this endeavor, Mr. Tom Hardy. Tom, your talent on screen can only be surpassed by your friendship off screen… thank you for creating a transcendent cinematic experience.

Thank you to everybody at Fox and New Regency…my entire team. I have to thank everyone from the very onset of my career… To my parents, none of this would be possible without you. And to my friends, I love you dearly, you know who you are.

And lastly I just want to say this: Making 'The Revenant' was about man's relationship to the natural world. A world that we collectively felt in 2015 as the hottest year in recorded history. Our production needed to move to the southern tip of this planet just to be able to find snow.

Climate change is real, it is happening right now. It is the most urgent threat facing our entire species, and we need to work collectively together and stop procrastinating.
氣候的變化真實(shí)存在著,，也成為地球上各種物種的巨大威脅,，因此我們必須協(xié)力阻止氣候變暖的發(fā)生。
We need to support leaders around the world who do not speak for the big polluters, but who speak for all of humanity, for the indigenous people of the world, for the billions and billions of underprivileged people out there who would be most affected by this. For our children’s children, and for those people out there whose voices have been drowned out by the politics of greed.
我們需要支持那些為人類著想的那些倡導(dǎo)者。為了地球上我們每一個受到氣候影響的人,，為了我們的子孫后代,，為了那些呼聲被政治貪欲蓋掉的那些人們。
I thank you all for this amazing award tonight. Let us not take this planet for granted. I do not take tonight for granted. Thank you so very much.

1997年,，年僅23歲小李子的創(chuàng)立了“Leonard Dicaprio基金會”,，致力于為全球各地非贏利性質(zhì)的環(huán)保機(jī)構(gòu)提供資助。
親自領(lǐng)導(dǎo)國際愛護(hù)動物行動周活動,，呼吁保護(hù)大象,。
出資出力拍攝有關(guān)生態(tài)問題的環(huán)保短片《全球變暖》和《水之星球》，呼吁正確對待水資源和強(qiáng)調(diào)天然燃料面臨枯竭的危險 ,。
跟北極熊站在一起,，為《名利場》雜志拍攝環(huán)保封面，關(guān)于全球變暖問題,。
制作了環(huán)保題材的記錄片《第11個小時》,，以詳實(shí)的采訪探討了當(dāng)今環(huán)境問題和可能解決的途徑。 跟隨WWF專家來到亞洲,，實(shí)地考察野生老虎棲息地,，了解其生存狀況以及所面臨的威脅，并為保護(hù)尼泊爾的老虎募集資金,。
組隊(duì)參加新型電動車比賽E級方程式,，呼吁節(jié)約能源。他平素也開混合型電動車和騎自行車出行,。
與Netflix合作拍攝環(huán)保紀(jì)錄片《維龍加》
到2015年7月底,，小李子已為環(huán)保事業(yè)捐出超過1.7億元人民幣！
小李為環(huán)保所做的貢獻(xiàn),，也得到了各方認(rèn)可,！這次拿獎后，聯(lián)合國,、美國白宮等大號twitter也迅速發(fā)布了祝賀小李子拿影帝的推文，這簡直是最高level的影帝褒獎了吧,！↓↓
