SOLAS公約第19.3.3.4條規(guī)定：

自由降落式救生艇保養(yǎng)檢查 Maintenance and inspection

保養(yǎng)檢查的周期與項(xiàng)目推薦如下：

Recommendedmaintenance period and items in bellows:

1,、每周保養(yǎng)檢查 Inspection and maintenance weekly

1.1對(duì)裝置的各部分進(jìn)行目視檢查，保證裝置始終處在立即可以進(jìn)行救生艇自由降放的準(zhǔn)備狀態(tài),，如檢查滑道上的導(dǎo)向滾輪（或滑板）有無(wú)缺損與移位,？不存在影響救生艇順利下滑的阻礙,。固艇鏈與釋放鉤的連接是否正常？不會(huì)影響釋放鉤的順利脫鉤,。

Allparts shall be visually checked, the appliance should always be ensured to beready for free fall launching life boat, as check if guide roller on ramp (orslide plate) is damaged or moved, and wouldn’t affect lifeboat to slidesmoothly. Fixing boat chain and release hook are connected normally, andwouldn’t affect release hook to open easily.

1.2檢查壓艇裝置,，壓緊板位置是否正確？救生艇是否已被壓緊,？相關(guān)零部件有無(wú)缺損,？

Checkfitted unit, fitted plate should be incorrect place, lifeboat should be helddown, and correlative components should not be damaged.

2、月度保養(yǎng)檢查 Inspection and maintenance monthly

2.1對(duì)裝置的各部分進(jìn)行目視檢查,，保證裝置始終處于立即可降放艇的準(zhǔn)備狀態(tài)（包括用吊臂進(jìn)行降放）,，如檢查滑道情況導(dǎo)向滾輪（或滑板）有無(wú)缺損與移位？檢查吊臂與絞車(chē)的狀況,，相關(guān)零部件是否正常與齊全,？各潤(rùn)滑點(diǎn)是否需要補(bǔ)充潤(rùn)滑脂？

Allparts shall be visually checked, the appliance should always be ensured to beready for launching (include using jib launching), as check if guide roller onramp (or slide plate) is damaged or moved, check jib and winch. Correlativecomponents should complete and not be damaged, add lubricating if necessary.

2.2檢查壓艇裝置操作是否靈便,？壓緊器是否緊壓艇舷邊,？（如為底部壓艇方式則檢查壓艇裝置壓艇鉤是否緊壓小艇固定鉤）其相關(guān)零部件是否存在損壞與丟失？

Checkif fitted unit operation is agility, boat board is held down by fitted platewell, other correlative components are damaged or lost.

2.3檢查吊艇索在卷筒上的固定與卷繞,，檢查鋼繩的缺損與腐蝕,，檢查鋼繩表面的潤(rùn)滑情況，必要時(shí)補(bǔ)充潤(rùn)滑脂,。

Checkboat fall, if it is fixed and winded on drum well; check rope, if it is damagedor corrupted, check lubricating on rope surface, add if necessary.

2.4檢查滑輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的靈活性,，繩槽部分的缺損與腐蝕。

Checktackle, if it is agility, and if there is damaged or corrupted on rope grooveof sheave.

2.5檢查與救生艇相連的釋放鉤裝置,，檢查其豎鉤與裝置的焊縫與固艇鏈有無(wú)損傷,，鏈環(huán)的任何部位出現(xiàn)裂紋、彎曲或扭曲或其磨損值超過(guò)鏈徑的8%或有明顯的永久性伸長(zhǎng)時(shí),，都應(yīng)更換,。

Checkrelease hook unit connected with life boat, check its upright hook、weld and fixing boat chain, chain link should be renewed ifthere is any crack,、bend,、distortion、the wear-down more than 8% of Dia. of chain or permanentelongation.

2.6檢查起升絞車(chē)的工作情況,，液壓絞車(chē)部分有無(wú)異常的發(fā)熱,、噪聲與漏油？檢查箱體內(nèi)的潤(rùn)滑油的油位與油質(zhì),，需要時(shí)應(yīng)加以補(bǔ)充,。

Checkwork condition about lifting winch, hydraulic winch shouldn’t have abnormaltemperature rise、noise and leakage, check lubricatingoil level and oil qualityin box, add if necessary.

2.7檢查液壓油缸的動(dòng)作與滲漏,。

Checkhydraulic cylinder operation and if any oil leak.

2.8檢查電氣部分,，它們各自的工作情況,，有無(wú)元件損壞與失效？

Checkelectric section and their working condition,、damage condition and loseefficiency.

2.9檢查液壓部分,，檢查各元件的工作，有無(wú)滲漏,？

Checkhydraulic system working and if any oil leak.

3,、年度保養(yǎng)檢查 Maintenance and inspection yearly

3.1檢查滑道、吊臂的腐蝕,、移位,、變形等等缺陷。

Checkcorrosion,、misalignments,、deformations on ramp and jib.

3.2修補(bǔ)裝置的受損油漆,，補(bǔ)油漆時(shí)注意勿在油嘴及零部件的活動(dòng)面上誤涂油漆,，勿因多次涂漆將相鄰零部件間的活動(dòng)間隙堵塞。

Repairthe paint of the appliance, pay attention the grease nipple and rotatingsurface not be covered by paint, active space between border components not beblocked by paint.

3.3檢查吊艇索的損壞與兩端連接情況,、排繩情況,。吊艇索出現(xiàn)扭結(jié)、散股,、單股損傷 10%或磨損后直徑減少 7%時(shí),，不論其是否到達(dá)更換期，都應(yīng)立即更換

Checkdamage connect,、and rope arrange condition of the boat fall, replace itimmediately once find kink, loosed strand, single strand damaged 10% or worndiameter reduce 7%no matter it is on replace time.

3.4檢查裝置上各油嘴與鋼繩的潤(rùn)滑,，需要時(shí)補(bǔ)充潤(rùn)滑脂。

Checkand lubricate wire rope and all grease nipple, add if necessary.

3.5檢查滑輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的靈活性與是否存在缺損,？

Checktackle rotation, possible damages.

3.6檢查吊鉤的變形與損傷,。

Checklifting hook, if it is damaged or deformation.

3.7檢查起升絞車(chē)的工作，液壓絞車(chē)部分有無(wú)異常的發(fā)熱,、噪聲和滲漏,？更換減速箱的潤(rùn)滑油。

Checklifting winch operation. No abnormal temperature rise,、noise and leakage on hydraulic winch, replace lubricating oil inreduction box.

3.8檢查釋放鉤裝置,，相關(guān)零件有無(wú)損壞與變形？見(jiàn)本節(jié)2.5 條,。

Checkrelease hook unit, include damages and deformations about correlativecomponents, see this section 2.5.

3.9檢查液壓油缸的動(dòng)作與密封,，需要時(shí)更換密封件。 Check hydraulic cylinder operation and seal, replace seal ifnecessary.

3.10檢查電氣部分,，清理與檢查電控箱與按鈕盒,，更換被損元件,，清除電動(dòng)機(jī)內(nèi)外的灰塵，檢查它們的零部件是否有缺損與銹蝕,？運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中不應(yīng)有異常的聲音與振動(dòng),，有疑問(wèn)時(shí)，檢查它們的絕緣與接地,。

Checkelectric section, including clean and check the control box and remote controlpush button box, replace damaged parts, clean the dust inside and outside theelectric motor and check its parts, if it is damaged or rusted there is noabnormal noise and vibration when motor is in operation. Check insulation andground wire if there is any question.

3.11檢查液壓系統(tǒng),，包括檢查系統(tǒng)壓力與系統(tǒng)工作情況。不應(yīng)有異常的溫升,、滲漏,、振動(dòng)、噪聲或不正常的壓力波動(dòng),。檢查油箱內(nèi)的液面高度與油質(zhì),，每 12-18 個(gè)月更換一次。檢查與清理濾油器,，必要時(shí)更換,。

Checkhydraulic system, including check system pressure and performance during theoperation. There is no abnormal temperature rise, leakage, vibration, noise orabnormal pulsation of pressure. Check oil level of the tank and oil quality,Replace hydraulic oil every 12 or 18 months. Check the filter, clean or replaceif necessary etc.

3.12進(jìn)行一次救生艇（帶有操艇人員）自由降落放艇操作試驗(yàn)，將艇降放入水后,，用吊臂將其回收到艇存放處,。

Carryout a test for free fall launching life boat(with operator ), then recoveryboat to its stowed position after launching into water.

4、不超過(guò) 5 年間隔期的全面檢查 Thorough examination at interval not exceeding 5 years.

除以上年度保養(yǎng)檢查項(xiàng)目外,，全面檢查還應(yīng)進(jìn)行下列項(xiàng)目的檢驗(yàn)：

Besideall of the above-mentioned yearly inspect item, thorough examination shouldperform following item of inspection.

4.1檢查吊艇索的情況,，按本節(jié) 3.3 條處理，該吊艇索若在 5 年間隔期內(nèi)未曾被更換,，則應(yīng)更新,。

Checkthe wire rope, deal it following this section 3.3, replace it if not replace within5 years.

4.2拆檢起升絞車(chē)，由于其液壓絞車(chē)結(jié)構(gòu)較復(fù)雜和緊湊,，內(nèi)部清潔度要求也較高,，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢修有困難，若遇損壞,，建議將減速箱整體拆下交原制造廠修理或更換,。

Stripand check lifting winch, as the structure of hydraulic winch is complicated andcompact, and requires high clean grade, it is difficult to inspect and maintainat working site, if it was damaged, suggest disassembling off the wholereduction box to the factory to replace and maintain.

4.3進(jìn)行一次 1.1 倍滿(mǎn)載艇自由降落試驗(yàn)。

Carryout a testing for free fall launching with1.1 times of fully-loaded lifeboat.

4.4進(jìn)行一次 1.1 倍滿(mǎn)載艇有控制降放試驗(yàn)[包括輕載艇（乘員不多于4 人）的回收試驗(yàn)],。

Carryouta controlled launching test with 1.1 times of fully-loaded lifeboat [thetest include a recovering light-loaded lifeboat test (no more than 4passengers)].

備注：周檢,、月檢和例行性檢查應(yīng)當(dāng)由船上人員在高級(jí)船員的指導(dǎo)下，并按照本手冊(cè)完成,。

Note:Weekly and monthly inspections and routine maintenance should be conductedunder the direct supervision of a senior ship’s officer in accordance with themanual.

所有其它檢查,、維護(hù)與修理應(yīng)當(dāng)由制造廠代表或是經(jīng)制造廠培訓(xùn)并取得其證書(shū)的人完成。

Allother inspections 、 servicing and repair should beconducted by the manufacturer’s representative or a person appropriatelytrained and certified by the manufacturer for the work to be done.

在進(jìn)行完設(shè)備年檢后,，如有需要進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),，請(qǐng)按照上述第六項(xiàng)中對(duì)應(yīng)條款進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)，試驗(yàn)合格后方能投入使用,。

Afterthe yearly inspection, test for the davit based on item 6 mentioned above if itneeds, it can be used after tested successfully.
