雷軍火了,，因?yàn)樗谟《鹊男∶装l(fā)布會(huì)上用正宗湖北仙桃口音飆了3個(gè)OK 和2個(gè)ARE YOU OK,。彈幕爆裂,、上頭條、發(fā)神曲,、微博刷屏……簡(jiǎn)直是根本停不下來(lái)的節(jié)奏,。當(dāng)然就出現(xiàn)了玻璃心的網(wǎng)友和同樣玻璃心的公知大V各站一邊，就“口語(yǔ)不好到底應(yīng)不應(yīng)該出來(lái)丟人”的問題開撕,。

　　其實(shí)這個(gè)問題吧,，還是應(yīng)該寬容地看啦，又不是誰(shuí)都像馬云一樣做老師起家的,，都有個(gè)循序漸進(jìn)的過程嘛~特別是口語(yǔ),，重要的不是語(yǔ)法、措辭或者口音,，重要的是敢說(shuō),，做到無(wú)障礙溝通之后,，再慢慢打磨細(xì)節(jié)問題。

　　今天的內(nèi)容整理自Quora上的一個(gè)問題——如何短期內(nèi)提高口語(yǔ),？（How do I improve my English speaking skills in a very short time?）提問的盆友還有很短時(shí)間就要英文面試了,，雖然有點(diǎn)臨時(shí)抱佛腳的意思，但Quora網(wǎng)友的回答還是中肯實(shí)用的,。中英文非完全對(duì)應(yīng),，大部分為小編粗淺理解，有不對(duì)的地方歡迎指正,。

　　Watch your favorite English language TV show or movie, and as the characters speak, repeat loudly the exact words they are saying the moment you hear them. Don't worry about getting every word or sound right - focus on listening carefully, moving along quickly and keeping pace. After the movie ends, repeat the exact same movie and do it again. And again.

　　Perfection comes with a lot of reading, listening and practice. I'm afraid you need time for this. There's no fast track. You can have a very good English level, academically correct and even elegant by only reading and listening a lot.

　　Butfull perfection comes with full inmersion. That means, living with people that only speaks English for a considerable length of time.

　　Talk to people you interact with on daily basis. Please don't just wait to meet the people in your language class to test the result of your experiment. Do remember,it is a continuous process and if you don't follow, your pace of learning would be slow.

　　Read, read as much as you can. If your are not an avid reader, start with simple novel, it will not only entertain you, but also improve your language sense and vocabulary and this in turn adds to your confidence to express.

　　Many people suggest to learn 10-15 words/day from dictionary. Well this method doesn't  really help in gaining relevant vocabulary. The best way to add new words to your vocabulary is by reading, as at that time, you have a context established  thus making the word more likely to to get registered in your memory.

　　很多人建議每天從辭典里背10-15個(gè)單詞,，其實(shí)這種方法并不能讓你對(duì)單詞的理解有實(shí)質(zhì)性的增加。最好的方式是通過閱讀,，結(jié)合上下文語(yǔ)境,，理解記憶。

　　You have an interview in a few weeks and you need to perform well. This is first priority. What can you do to predict the specific skills, topics and other issues that will arise in English during the interview? How can you develop your skills to perform those unique functions? That is very do-able in 20 days. But focus: what kind of job, where, and with what kind of people?Record yourself answering hypothetical questions. See where you tend to get stuck, then answer the same question again and make it better.

　　Finding conversation partners/friends, etc - this is more appropriate for long-term development.I don't know where you live now, other than that it is "isolated." But there are lots of online venues for "conversation/language exchange partners," or look at local universities to see if there are any exchange students who would like to help you with English and have you help them learn your language as well.

　　找個(gè)能跟你練習(xí)對(duì)話的小伙伴,，這其實(shí)更適合長(zhǎng)期訓(xùn)練,。如果你生活在非英語(yǔ)環(huán)境中，可以上網(wǎng)找些互相練習(xí)語(yǔ)言的BBS或網(wǎng)站,，或者在當(dāng)?shù)卮髮W(xué)找找有沒有交換生愿意幫助你練習(xí),。

　　Finally, depending on the job, you may want to actually acknowledge your "foreign language" status in the interview at some point. Many American managers would have a lot of respect for you if you said something like, "I know my English isn't perfect, and there will be a bit of a learning curve when I start out on the job, but I'm a fast learner and open to correction as needed, and I look forward to improving my communication skills and do my job as effectively as possible." 

　　最后，依工作來(lái)說(shuō),，也許在面試中大方展示自己的實(shí)際英語(yǔ)水平會(huì)是個(gè)不錯(cuò)的決定,。在美國(guó)，如果你在面試中表達(dá)諸如“我知道我的英語(yǔ)水平不是很完美,，這在工作之初可能會(huì)有個(gè)緩慢進(jìn)步的過程,，但我會(huì)盡快進(jìn)入狀態(tài)，且會(huì)根據(jù)工作需要隨時(shí)調(diào)整,，盡可能提高我的工作能力”之類的想法,，我想管理層會(huì)理解并贊賞這種坦誠(chéng)的。
