join .join in. take part in. attend都有“參加”的意思,，主要區(qū)別在于：
join 指加入某組織并成為其中一員
(join the Party, join the army, join us)
join in 一般指參加活動(dòng),不過不是很大型
(join in the game, join in the conversation,join in the singing)
大型的一般用 take part in
正式活動(dòng)用 attend (meeting,wedding,funeral)

☆特別提醒： ◇作為“加入”組織,、團(tuán)體之意,，只能用join。如賓語為人,，一般也只能用join,。 ◇作為“參加”活動(dòng)之意，join in 和take part in?？商釗Q,。 1)加入某黨派、某組織或某社會(huì)團(tuán)體,，用join,，不可用join in。如： ①He will never forget the day when he joined the Party. 他永遠(yuǎn)也忘不了他入黨的那一天,。 ②His brother joined the army three years ago. 他哥哥是三年前參軍的,。 ③We are having supper now.Would you like to join us?
我們正在吃晚飯，你也來和我們一起吃好嗎,？ join還可解釋為“連接”,。如： ①The railway joined the two cities. 鐵路把兩個(gè)城市連接起來了。 ②The two clauses are joined by a conjunction. 兩個(gè)分句由一個(gè)連詞連接起來,。 2)說參加某種活動(dòng)用join in,，如說“與其人一起做某事”， 則用join sb. in sth. / doing sth. ,。如：
