About Your Reasons for Application | 關(guān)于應(yīng)聘原因  
下面文中出現(xiàn)的“I”是“Interviewer”（主試人）的縮寫，“C”（Candidate）代表應(yīng)聘者、應(yīng)試人。

 Interview I 
I: 
•　Why are you leaving your present job? 
•　Why are you desirous of leaving your present employer? 
•　Why do you want to resign your positron as secretary? 

C:
•　 I’m leaving my present job in Nanjing so as to live with my wife and care for my little daughter here in Shenyang. 
•　I’m desirous of leaving my present employer simply because I see no chance of advancement. 
•　I want to resign my position as secretary in order to be able to get into the advertising business. 
•　I’m desirous to leave my present employment so that I can improve my position and have more responsibilities. 

Interview II
I:
•　Why did you choose this corporation? 
•　Could you tell me what made you choose this company? 
•　Why did you pick this organization? 

C. 
•　Well, I know that you do a very big international business, so I thought it would be a good place for me to make use of the experience I have had abroad. 
•　I think working in this company would give me the best chance to use what I’ve learned in the university. As you may know from my resume, I majored in life science. People say the prospects for life science are very bright, and your company is a leading one in this field. So I wish to be a member of this company. 
•　Well, I’ve cherished a desire to get a job where I can use my English, and then I saw your organization’s advertisement in"China Daily" for an interpreter. I think your organization has a great future, and I will be able to develop my capabilities here, if hired. That’s why I applied to you. 

Interview III
I:
•　Do you want to work here because you can speak English? 
•　Did you choose this company on account of high pay (remuneration) ? 
•　What’s the reason for your application for this position? 

C: 
•　No, not just because I can speak English. What I really want is the chance to learn some advanced methods of management from foreign staff members. 
•　No, not only for high pay (remuneration), but also for a good working environment. As far as I know, working in a Sino-foreign joint venture calls for punctuality and responsibility. It is such a working environment that I am looking for. 
•　The reason for my application for this position is simple: my educational background and professional experience make me qualified for the job. 

Interview IV
I: 
•　Have you applied for a similar post to any other companies? 

C: 
•　No, this is the only one. 
•　Yes, I’ve also applied to Global Huada Company Ltd.-- a Sino-American joint venture, in case I may not accepted here. 
•　Yes, I’ve applied to General Electric China Incorporation but that was just to get experience in being interviewed. It would be hard for me to get employed such a large company, I am afraid. That’s why I want to enter this company. 

Interview  V
I:
•　What was the result of your application to that company? 

C: 
•　I was offered a position, but I didn’t accept it since the location is too far away from my house. 
•　They turned me down. 
•　I haven’t heard the result yet. 

Interview VI
I:
•　Why don’t you think you got the job? 

C:
•　 I think the only reason is that I was too nervous during the interview and I couldn’t express myself the way I wanted to. 
•　My failure is due to the fact that I don’t hold a local ID card.

Interview  Ⅶ
I： 
•　 What’s the reason why you failed to get the post? 

C：
•　  My domicile isn’t in that city and they needed a local resident. That’s the sole reason for my failure to get the post.

Interview Ⅷ
I：
•　 If you are engaged by both companies, whose offer will you accept? 
•　 If you are accepted at both places, which company will you choose? 

C: 
•　 Of course, I’ll accept your offer. I want to work for you. 
•　 Needless to say, my first choice is your company. 
•　 It’s my pleasure to work with you. I’ll decline the other offer.

面試之二
主試人：
•　 你為什么要選擇本公司,？ 
•　 你能否告訴我是什么原因使你選擇本公司,？ 
•　 你為什么挑選本單位？ 

應(yīng)試人：
•　 嗯,，我知道貴公司在國際貿(mào)易方面的生意做得很大,，所以，我想這里會(huì)是運(yùn)用我在國外獲得的經(jīng)驗(yàn)的好地方,。 
•　 我認(rèn)為,，在貴公司工作能給予我學(xué)以致用的最好機(jī)會(huì)。正如您可以從我的個(gè)人簡歷中所知道的那樣
•　 我主修的是生命科學(xué),。人們都說生命科學(xué)的前途非?？春茫F公司又是這個(gè)領(lǐng)域的佼佼者,。所以,，我希望成為貴公司的一員。

面試之三

•　 你應(yīng)聘這個(gè)職位的原因是什么,？ 

應(yīng)試人：
•　 不,，不只是因?yàn)闀?huì)英語。我真正希望的是要從外國職員那里學(xué)到一些先進(jìn)的管理方法,。 
•　 不,，不僅是為了優(yōu)厚的報(bào)酬，而且是為了好的工作環(huán)境,。據(jù)我所知,，在中外合資企業(yè)工作需要上班準(zhǔn)時(shí)責(zé)任心強(qiáng)。我謀求的正是這種工作環(huán)境,。 
•　 我應(yīng)聘這個(gè)職位的原因很簡單：我的教育背景和工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)使我能夠勝任這份工作,。  

面試之四
主試人：
•　 你有沒有向其他公司申請類似的職位？ 

應(yīng)試人：
•　 沒有,，這是唯一的一家,。 
•　 有，我還申請了中美合資環(huán)球華大有限公司,，以防我在這里不可能錄用,。 
•　 有，我申請了美國通用電氣中國公司,，但那只是為了獲得面試的經(jīng)驗(yàn),。恐怕我很難被那樣的大公司錄用,，所以我希望進(jìn)入貴公司,。


面試之五
主試人：
•　 你申請那家公司的結(jié)果如何？ 

應(yīng)試人：
•　 我獲得了錄用,，但我并未接受,，因?yàn)楣ぷ鞯攸c(diǎn)離我家太遠(yuǎn)了。 
•　 我沒被錄取,。 
•　 我還不知道結(jié)果,。 


面試之六
主試人：
•　 你認(rèn)為你為什么沒有得到那份工作？ 

應(yīng)試人：
•　 我想唯一的原因就是面試時(shí)我太緊張了,，因而不能照我想要的方式來表達(dá)自己,。 
•　 我的失敗就是由于我沒有當(dāng)?shù)氐纳矸葑C,。


面試之七
主試人：
•　 你未能獲得那個(gè)職位是什么原因？ 

應(yīng)試人：
•　 我的戶籍不在那個(gè)城市產(chǎn),，而那家公司需要雇用一位當(dāng)?shù)鼐用?。那就是我未能獲得那個(gè)職位的唯一原因。

面試之八
主試人：
•　 如果兩空家公司都錄用你,，你將接受哪家的聘用,？ 
•　 如果你兩邊都被錄用，你會(huì)選擇哪家公司,？ 

應(yīng)試人：
•　 我當(dāng)然將接受貴公司的聘用,，我想為你們工作。 
•　 不用說,，我的第一選擇便是貴公司,。 
•　 我很樂意同你們一起工作。我會(huì)謝絕另一家的聘用,。
